Huntersville VFD's Newest appatarus. Tanker 1 is a 2007 Sterling/US Tankers tandem-axle Elliptical Tanker. It holds 3,000 Gallons of Water and 300 Gallons of Type "A" Foam. The truck also is equipped with a 1,000 GPM PTO Pump Enabling it to pump-and-roll. Also Equipped is a in-cab remote controlled front bumper monitor.
